Are you an angel company?   
Yes, we are with some restrictions.  Our images are all original drawings and are copyrighted.  You are welcome to hand stamp cards for your personal use and to sell cards to friends, at craft sales, church bazaars, etc.
We ask that you do not sell in retail stores.   
    
Can we order a catalog?  
Yes, you can.  Just call us at 651-430-0816 or fax us at 651-430-0763 and we will take your order for a catalog.  You can pay by giving us a credit card or send us a check to Northwoods Rubber Stamps, 841 Eagle Ridge Lane, Stillwater, MN 55082 and we will send you one.  The cost of the black and white catalog is $12.00 plus shipping and the color catalog is $25.00 plus shipping.  This includes the current catalog and supplements.    
    
Can we buy stamps directly from you?   
We would appreciate it if you would first take your stamp requests to your local rubber stamp store.  If they are unable to meet your Northwoods Rubber Stamps needs, please feel free to contact us and place a retail order.   
    
What credit cards do you accept?   
We accept VISA and Mastercard.   
    
Can we order on line?  
No, we are not a secure website.  Please call us at 651-430-0816 or fax us at 651-430-0763 to place your order.  We can then give you an idea of the time it will take to process an order.   
    
How much is shipping?  
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and where you live.  We usually ship UPS unless otherwise requested.  Usually shipping costs range from $3.50 to $7.00 if shipped within the United States.  

What are the size of your stamps?
The wood sizes of our stamps are indicated by the initial letter(s) found at the beginning of each stamp's item number.  To view a list of the wood sizes, click on Stamp Size Chart. 
    
When I have E-mailed you, sometimes it takes awhile for you to answer, why?   
Please do not take it personally.  Having a website is new for our company and are constantly working on making everything more efficient.  Since our major concern is getting stamps made and distributed to our stores and you, our customers, I sometimes get behind on answering E-mail.  I will try to improve in the future.  If you need an immediate answer, feel free to give us a call and we should be able to answer your questions.   
    
How do you make your cards look so beautiful on your display boards?  
The cards we make for our boards are usually stamped with black Colorbox, embossed with detail clear or black embossing powder and colored using Tombow markers.  Then, we lightly chalk the backgrounds of the cards.  We love to use many layers of papers to enhance the images.  Just think of framing a picture and using different colors and textures of paper to bring out the colors of your design.  Several of our favorite paper companies are Bazzill, Worldwind, and Lasting Impressions.  Finally, we love glitter.  The Art Institute has the most wonderful selection of ultrafine glitter colors.  They also package glitter sets that match our display boards.  Occasionally, we use different embossing powders and love the powders made by Judikins.
