This supplement is dedicated to my Mom,
Catherine Betthauser. She was a big part of the success of Northwoods for 10 years. We all considered her one of the girls. Mom died peacefully on her 95th birthday, October 18, 2007. We miss her so much but are blessed to have had her as a Mom and a friend.
